Since our establishment in 2020, Plannatech (USA) Corporation (“Plannatech” or, the “Company”) believes in a responsible attitude towards gambling and the advertisement of gambling related products and services. The Company has implemented measures detailed within this policy to promote and ensure responsible gambling and socially responsible advertisement.
The Company believes that industry, government, and the community have a shared responsibility to help prevent the development of gambling related problems, and to ensure that problem gambling support services are available for those individuals requiring assistance.

The Company understands that for a small number of people, gambling can have a negative impact on their life. As a result, The Company has developed this Responsible Gambling and Advertisement Policy (the “Policy”) which outlines certain practices adopted by us when designing and creating its products, providing services to business partners and third-party B2C operators (“Customers”) and advertising products and services offered by The Company.
All types of gambling, including online gambling, carry both positive and negative impacts for participants. It is important to acknowledge the risks associated with internet gambling and implement guidelines to reduce these risks. A comprehensive public health approach that encompasses research, prevention, intervention, treatment, and recovery services is considered the most ethical and effective strategy to mitigate gambling-related harm. Responsible gambling practices are crucial in both preventing and addressing issues related to gambling harm.
Plannatech supports responsible gambling and where required by the jurisdiction makes an annual contribution to one or more organization(s) that research the prevention and treatment of gambling related harm; develop harm prevention approaches; and/or identify and fund treatment to those harmed by gambling.
As part of The Company’s responsible gambling initiative, all staff receive responsible gambling training annually.
The Company is also committed to complying with the advertisement regulations applicable in the jurisdictions where The Company operates and recognizes the importance of honest, and socially responsible marketing. It is imperative that Plannatech acts responsibly and honestly when creating and publishing marketing and advertising material.
Furthermore, this Policy also outlines The Company’s standards when designing and creating its gambling products and implementing marketing campaigns, to ensure its compliance in accordance with the advertising standards and regulations, as after thoughtful consideration, it has been deemed that these regulations ensure a high standard of compliance across jurisdictions in the USA the company currently operates within. Prior to commencing business in any new state(s), this policy must be reviewed to ensure that it remains relevant and ensures the Company attains the highest standards of compliance.
