By participating in the Arizona Loyalty Program (the “Program”) or claiming any of its benefits, you automatically agree that your participation is governed by these Terms and Conditions.

The Arizona Loyalty Program will reward users with BetPoints, which can be redeemed for rewards, primarily in the form of Free Plays. Participation in this program is subject to the following terms, conditions, and restrictions.

GENERAL RULES

1. General

1.1- These Terms and Conditions form the basis of your participation in the Program.

1.2- Specific restrictions apply to the Program, and Betcris powered by Plannatech reserves the right of admission:

• The Loyalty Program does not apply where prohibited by law.
• The Loyalty Program is not available to non-recreational players (professional players).
• The Loyalty Program is exclusively for sports betting.

1.3- By joining our Loyalty Program and using your account to receive and redeem benefits, you agree that:

• You have read and accept the rules and Terms and Conditions of az.betcris.com.
• You agree to the use of your personal data by the Company and the Loyalty Program if deemed necessary, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

1.4- All benefits of the Loyalty Program are subject to availability, and Betcris powered by Plannatech may change them at any time without prior notice.

1.5- Betcris powered by Plannatech may rescind the Loyalty Program, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion. If the Program is canceled, all unredeemed BetPoints (BP) will be forfeited, with no obligation or liability, and no redemption claims will be accepted after the Program concludes.

1.6- All decisions related to the interpretation and application or administration of the Program Rules are at Betcris powered by Plannatech’s sole discretion, and any disputes regarding the Program and any benefits offered will be determined solely by Betcris powered by Plannatech.

1.7- Participants are responsible for paying all taxes, service fees, government charges, and other costs not specified, which may be established related to the Rewards as part of the Program.

1.8- Once Rewards are redeemed, no changes or refunds are permitted.

1.9- Participants must have an active and valid Betcris powered by Plannatech account to receive rewards. Closed (by request) or inactive/disabled accounts are not eligible to receive rewards unless reactivated following the Terms and Conditions.

1.10- Betcris powered by Plannatech reserves the right to exclude or limit any user from the program at any time.

1.11- BetPoints of users who have self-excluded their Betcris powered by Plannatech account will remain intact from the exact date of self-exclusion until the end of the period.

1.12- The monetary equivalences associated with the Rewards of the Program are based on Betcris powered by Plannatech’s internal exchange system.

2. The Program

2.1- The Loyalty Program consists of 3 levels. Advancing to higher levels will be based on earning points by placing bets. Each level will include a set of specific benefits and requirements for Participants.

2.2- Participants can redeem accumulated points in the REDEEM section within the Loyalty Program section by logging into their Betcris powered by Plannatech account. The specific benefits will unlock according to the participant’s progress in the Program. The point calculation will be updated daily.

2.3- Points

• BetPoints:
• Points awarded when the Participant places bets with a result of “Win” or “Lose.”
• BetPoints are credited based on the lower amount between the risked amount and the potential winnings.
• They can be redeemed in the REDEEM section of the Loyalty Program.
• These points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

2.4- Currency

The Loyalty Program will exclusively use the US dollar as the conversion currency. This means all transactions in other currencies will be converted and shown in dollars.

2.5- Levels:

• Bronze: 0–9,999 points
• Silver: 10,000–49,999 points
• Gold: 50,000+ points

2.6- Program Start and Duration

• Start Date: Augst 13, 2025
• Ongoing: The program is active until modified or terminated by the responsible party. Any changes will be notified in advance and submitted for regulatory approval.

3. Rules of Participation and Points Accumulation

• Participants will earn BetPoints when placing qualifying settled bets on the platform (bets that are settled as wins or losses).
• BetPoints are credited based on the lower value between the amount wagered and the potential winnings.
• The accumulated points determine the user’s loyalty tier (see section 2.5).
• Bets made with Free Plays, canceled bets, or bets settled via Cash Out will not earn BetPoints.
• Only users in approved jurisdictions, with active accounts in good standing, are eligible.

3.1 Rewards and Redemption Value

3.1- Free Plays

• Regular Free Plays that participants can redeem using their BetPoints. These Free Plays are subject to the Rules of Free Plays and are reflected in US dollars or its equivalent in local currency.
• Equivalent of 1,000 BetPoints in Free Plays:

3.2- Situations that do not accumulate BetPoints

• When selecting “Cash Out” (Close Bet).
• Bets placed with Free Plays.
• Bets classified as “Push” (Tie), No Action, and/or Canceled/Voided.

4. Eligibility and Restrictions

• Only available to patrons in approved jurisdictions.
• Not applicable to professional or non-recreational players.
• One loyalty account per user.
• Accounts that are closed, self-excluded, or inactive are not eligible until reinstated.
• The company reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud or unethical behavior.

5. Wagering and Redemption Requirements

• Free Plays can be used on sports wagers according to the Free Play rules (see section 6).
• Points and Free Plays will expire after 12 months of inactivity.
• Redemption is done exclusively through the “REDEEM” section on the platform.
• Funds or winnings generated from Free Plays are only the net winnings; the Free Play amount is not refundable.

6. Eligible Events and Wagers

• Real-money sports wagers on valid events.
• Free Plays, canceled bets, or voided/pushed events do not qualify.

7. Cancellation, Modification, and Termination

• The company may modify or cancel the program at any time without prior notice.
• Upon termination, unredeemed points will be forfeited; no claims will be honored afterward.

8. General Provisions

• Participation implies acceptance of these Terms, and final interpretation rests with the company.
• All use of personal data will be in accordance with the platform’s Privacy Policy.
• The company is not responsible for errors, technical issues, or unauthorized activities.
